1. Indexing credit refunds
When a submitted URL does not index (or is marked failed / non-indexable) within the applicable provider window, Indexli returns the corresponding credits to your account balance automatically. Typical windows range from about 24 hours to 14 days depending on mode and provider. You do not need to open a support ticket for standard auto-refunds.
2. What is refunded as credits
Credits held or charged for URLs that end unindexed, failed, or rejected by validation after submission may be returned. Credits already applied to successfully indexed URLs are not refunded.
3. Credit purchases (cash)
Once a credit pack purchase is fulfilled and credits are added to your balance, the purchase is generally non-refundable as cash. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire under normal Terms. Exceptions apply where required by law (for example certain consumer cooling-off rights) or if we fail to deliver credits after a successful charge.
4. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will work in good faith to resolve billing errors promptly.
5. Free index checker
The free checker does not consume paid credits. Abuse of the checker (automation beyond fair use, scraping, or network probing) may result in temporary or permanent blocks without a credit remedy.
6. How to contact us
