1. Agreement
By creating an Indexli account or using the website, API, or index checker, you agree to these Terms. If you use Indexli on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Indexli provides URL indexing submission and related tools (projects, reports, credits, API, and the free checker). Indexing outcomes depend on third-party search engines and providers. We do not guarantee ranking, traffic, or that any specific URL will be indexed.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse rate limits, probe private networks, submit malware, or otherwise misuse the service.
4. Acceptable use
Submit only URLs you are authorized to request indexing for. Do not use Indexli to violate applicable laws, search engine guidelines, or third-party rights. Bulk automated abuse of the free checker is prohibited.
5. Credits
Credits are a prepaid service balance used to run indexing jobs. They are not cash, gift cards, or stored-value instruments. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. Pricing and turbo multipliers may change; changes apply to future purchases and jobs.
6. Refunds
Unindexed or failed submissions are typically returned as credits under our Refund Policy. Cash refunds for credit purchases are limited and described separately at /legal/refunds.
7. API
API access is provided “as is.” You must keep keys secret, respect rate limits, and not reverse-engineer or overload the platform. We may rotate keys or revoke access for security or abuse.
8. Intellectual property
Indexli branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights in URLs and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SEARCH ENGINE POLICY CHANGES, PROVIDER OUTAGES, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indexli’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date below.
